At Revalki, we understand how important it is to receive your adventurous gear as quickly as possible! That’s why we do our best to process and ship your order quickly and carefully, while guaranteeing the highest quality in packaging and care.

Order Processing Time
After placing your order, we have a processing time of 1-2 days to carefully pack your items and prepare them for shipping. We ensure that your outdoor supplies arrive in the best possible condition.

Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order is processed, the estimated delivery times depend on your location:

  • Netherlands + Belgium: 4-6 working days
  • United Kingdom: 4-6 working days
  • Canada: 4-6 working days
  • United States: 4-6 working days
  • Singapore: 4-6 working days
  • Ireland: 4-6 working days
  • Spain: 4-6 working days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a email notification with a tracking number, so you can track your package. Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options to ensure flexibility:

Defective or Incorrect Product?
We understand how frustrating it can be if your product is damaged or delivered incorrectly. In that case, we will send you one free replacement package. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for the first replacement. If the replacement product is also defective, we will refund the full purchase amount.

Lost or Returned Package?
In the rare event that your package is lost or not delivered due to a logistics issue, we will always send a new package before proceeding with a refund or return.

Not Home at Delivery & Pickup at the Post Office
If your package is delivered to your home or a post office and is not accepted or picked up, Revalki has already incurred the delivery costs. If the package is returned to the supplier, we reserve the right to withhold €15 from the refund amount.

Order Cancellations
To ensure quick processing, all orders are placed directly in our fulfillment system. Unfortunately, it is therefore not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed.
