Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, your order is processed immediately once placed, making cancellation impossible.

Is my payment secure?
Yes! All payments are processed through trusted and encrypted payment gateways to ensure your safety. We do not store payment information.

2. Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Netherlands + Belgium: 4-6 working days

  • Canada: 4-6 working days

  • United Kingdom: 4-6 working days

  • United States: 4-6 working days

  • Singapore: 4-6 working days

  • Ireland: 4-6 working days

  • Spain: 4-6 working days

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package.

What happens if my package gets lost?
If your package is lost due to logistical issues, we will first send a new package before proceeding to a refund. Read more in our Shipping Policy.

3. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. Check our full Return and Refund Policy for details.

How do I request a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@revalki.com before sending the item back. Returns without prior request will not be accepted.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 working days after approval. If you have not received it after 15 working days, please contact us at info@revalki.com.
